Vision of the Graduate

Stonington High School sustains a challenging and equitable environment that encourages all students to achieve their highest levels of academic potential. Our curriculum and culture foster critical thinking, collaboration, and inclusion among students, staff, families, and the community. Our students identify their strengths, hone interdisciplinary and self-leadership skills, and explore their interests, leading them to become active, responsible, and productive citizens in an ever-changing global society.

Upon graduation, Stonington High School students will possess the cognitive, academic, interpersonal, and self-leadership skills needed for post-secondary success in enrollment, enlistment, entrepreneurship, or employment. Through the 4Cs, graduates will have acquired an extensive core body of knowledge and essential experiences necessary to achieve their future aspirations and community membership.
